  Awful service. The Zephyr Electric bike I ordered was faulty on arrival. Staff were not particularly supportive. I was told to 'give the wire a wiggle' to try to get the bike working. I bought the bike through Zip Money, thinking it would be really convenient. How wrong I was. Their partners Zip Money are complete jokers who charged me $30 dollars admin fee which I didn't get back and I had to chase both Bicycles Online and then Zip Money to get the first payment refunded. It took 1 month to get the money back after numerous emails and phone calls. I will never ever use either company again and would urge you to buy local. They might shift bikes that are 90% of the time fine, but a company shows it's true inner workings when things go wrong. Hopeless. No stars if I could, but one star because I have to.

  Just wanted to thank you for the great service and experience guiding me to my next bike. The Bend RV is bloody awesome, the perfect bike for my lifestyle. Having commuted to the city on a mountain bike for many years, it’s like having a fresh pair of legs, I love it!!

  Ordered a new bike today, the online chat service while you are reviewing products was very useful and welcome. Hope to see my bike mid next week. Well the bike was delivered this morning, I was very happy with the delivery time from Sydney to Hervey Bay. The packaging was solid, the bike delivered as described and easily assembled with no marks or scratches. I am very satisfied with the service from Bicycles Online.

  The response time and support were amazing from the beginning by phone and emails. I dropped by their warehouse today and was welcomed by Greg who is such a great guy and went out of his way to help and get me back on my bike. Just want to say thank you to the bicyclesonline team. Couldn't recommend more!!
